The steps in detail

1- Customer opens a ticket on tickets.oneclickdba.com

Any customer can raise a ticket on tickets.oneclickdba.com.
You only need your LinkedIn account to authenticate with the platform. This is the best way to verify yourself as a customer and for us to review your profile.

Fill in all the necessary fields on the ticket and provide as much information as possible so we can send you a quote and finalize the ticket.

2- The Customer and OneClickDBA agree on the milestone to finish the ticket

This might be the most important step, as OneClickDBA will only receive the quoted payment once the described milestone is achieved.
To ensure clarity and alignment, this step may involve meetings to confirm mutual understanding of the milestone and its complexity.
Once an agreement is reached, OneClickDBA will issue a legal contract outlining the agreed milestone, service-level agreement (SLA), and all relevant terms and details.

3- Customer deposits quoted money on Transpact.com

We will use an escrow transaction through the Transpact.com platform.
Please refer to their help pages to understand how the process works on their side. Everything is clearly defined and transparent.

This means that until the customer approves the transaction on Transpact.com, OneClickDBA will not receive payment.
We believe this is the best way to ensure that the money remains secure and is released when it should be.

4- OneClickDBA works and completes the Ticket according the milestone

OneClickDBA will work to resolve the issue described in the ticket and ensure the milestone is achieved.
We will stay in contact throughout the process to share progress, gather additional data, connect to any database or platform, and more.

5- Customer approves the milestone on Transpact.com

After OneClickDBA completes the work, the customer will review the results to ensure the milestone has been fully met. We will provide all necessary documentation, reports, or demonstrations to verify that the task is completed as agreed.
Once satisfied, the customer will log in to their Transpact.com account and approve the milestone. This confirmation signals that the work has been completed to their expectations and allows the transaction to proceed to the next step.
If any issues arise, we remain available to discuss adjustments or clarifications before approval.

6- Transpact.com releases the payment to OneClickDBA

Once the customer approves the milestone, Transpact.com will initiate the release of funds to OneClickDBA. This ensures a secure, transparent process where payment is only made after the customer’s satisfaction.

The escrow platform handles all financial transactions, offering protection to both parties by securely holding the funds until the work is verified and approved.





Important: Final Invoice and Adjustments to Transpact

The initial quote provided is an estimate based on the information available at the time of ticket submission. However, the actual time required to complete the task may differ from this initial estimate—sometimes more, sometimes less.

Once the milestone is achieved, we will issue a final legal invoice reflecting the actual time and resources spent on resolving the issue. If the final invoice is different from the original estimate—whether lower or higher—we will adjust the Transpact.com transaction accordingly.
his often happens because, as experts, we can sometimes resolve issues more efficiently than anticipated, but in other cases, additional work may be required.
